Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of GranetraAI. We've tried to keep them short and readable instead of burying the important parts in legalese. By creating an account or using the service, you're agreeing to what's below — so it's worth a few minutes.
1. Who we are
GranetraAI ("we," "us," or "the service") provides AI chatbots that learn from your content and answer your customers' questions. When we say "you" we mean the person or company using the service.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most of GranetraAI. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself and let us know right away if you think someone else has gotten in. Please give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current — we may need to reach you about your account.
You must be at least 16 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, whichever is greater. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're telling us you have the authority to agree to these terms for them.
3. Using the service fairly
We ask a few reasonable things. Please don't:
- Break the law, or use GranetraAI to help anyone else break it.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that's hateful, deceptive, or designed to harm people.
- Try to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or poke holes in the service — if you've found a security issue, tell us instead.
- Resell or rent access without our written okay, or pretend our service is your own.
If you cross these lines, we may suspend or close your account. When we can, we'll give you a heads-up first.
4. Your content stays yours
Anything you upload — your docs, your data, your branding — remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service: storing it, processing it, and feeding it to the AI so your chatbot can do its job. We don't sell your content, and we don't use it to train models for other customers.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Unless a plan says otherwise, fees aren't refundable once a billing period starts. If we change our prices, we'll tell you before the change hits your next renewal, so you can decide whether to keep going.
6. The service is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep GranetraAI reliable and accurate, but no software is perfect, and AI in particular can get things wrong. We can't promise the service will always be available or error-free, and you shouldn't rely on chatbot answers as legal, financial, or medical advice. To the extent the law allows, we provide the service without warranties of any kind.
7. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, GranetraAI won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses — things like lost profits or lost data. If we are found liable for something, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the issue came up. Some places don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
8. Ending things
You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we're required to by law. When an account closes, we'll handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service grows. If we make a meaningful change, we'll let you know — by email or in the app — before it takes effect. Continuing to use GranetraAI after that means you accept the new terms.
